At Versant Rouge, apples and strawberries are picked and then transformed into jelly, butter, juice, sparkling beverages and jam. Take a guided tour of the facilities (processing shop, refrigerated warehouse, sample room and shop). In season, you can also pick your own strawberries and apples. Samples on site. The tour lasts approximately 1 hour. By reservation only. |
