This seigneurial manor depicts the history of the Fraser family, primarily responsible for the town's prosperity. The permanent exhibition called Les Fraser et la Rivière-du-Loup du 19e siècle (the Frasers and Rivière-du-Loup in the 19th century) describes the architecture and way of life during the seigneurial era. A multimedia presentation complements the tour of the manor.
