Notre-Dame-de-Bon-Secours chapel

Montréal
Region:
This elegant chapel, which has been largely rebuilt since it was founded in the mid-17th century, is one of the landmark sites in Old Montréal. A small lookout at the rear of the chapel offers a lovely view of the Old Port. A museum dedicated to Marguerite Bourgeoys, one of the founders of Montréal, displays the finds from archaeological digs conducted on the site in recent years.
