Where the rivière des Prairies and the St. Lawrence River converge at the eastern tip of Montréal island, you will find a vast park comprised of marshes, fields and forests. There you can observe the great horned owl and some 150 other species of birds or even listen to the frogs croaking. If you are a cycling buff, why not take to the paths and relish in the beauty of the landscape. Once winter has arrived, you could also take advantage of the paths reserved for cross-country skiing, snowshoeing or hiking. You can even enjoy tobogganing down the hill with your children. may vary.
