Keep in mind that Québec covers a vast territory and that conditions can vary dramatically from one region to another, particularly in the southern parts of the province.

The Québec Federation of Snowmobile Clubs urges you to check trail conditions before heading out.

DID YOU KNOW?
Extreme cold temperatures cause ice bridges to form naturally on certain bodies of water, allowing pedestrian and sometimes vehicular traffic to pass. For instance, for part of the winter Île Verte (Bas Saint-Laurent) is linked to the shore by an ice bridge when the ice is sufficiently thick.
