This year, the 6th annual Salon Passion Chocolat & Cie at Montréal's Marché Bonsecours again presents the dazzling talents of the artisanal chocolatiers who practice in this exquisite medium. On the menu: exhibition of 'chocolate masterpieces' by students from various culinary institutes, tasting sessions, product sales, a fashion show of chocolate dresses and accessories, conferences and demonstrations by special guests, and a chocolate museum. |
