Celebration in the Laurentides region

With some of the world’s best blues musicians looking on, the Tremblant International Blues Festival was recently honoured in Memphis, Tennessee, with the 2013 Keeping the Blues Alive Award, in the International Festival category. The award was bestowed by the Blues Foundation, whose mission is to preserve the history of the blues, support education in the art form, and reward excellence among its musicians.

The superb resort of Tremblant, which offers year-round outdoor activities like skiing ranked among the best in North America and golfing on its renowned fairways, takes great pride in this award. It brings international exposure to the Tremblant International Blues Festival, held on July 5 to 14, which celebrates its 20th anniversary this year.
