During this physically and humanly challenging six-day event, skiers travel more than 300 km 186 mi.) of marked and groomed trails over mountains, along the seashore and through the open countryside. A winter tourism gem in the Gaspésie!

Laurentides
Canadian Ski Marathon
February 13 and 14
A two-day event featuring 10 sections and spanning 160 km (100 mi.) between Lachute and Gatineau. Each year this marathon attracts over 2,000 skiers of all levels and all ages (5 to 85 years). The shortest course is 12 km (7.5 mi.). Take part at your own pace and enjoy winter to the fullest!

Mont-Saint-Anne’s Randonnée Populaire

The third edition of Mont-Saint-Anne’s Cross-Country Ski Centre Randonnée Populaire will be held on March 6 2010.  Participants will discover a fresh trail of backwoods and scenery usually inaccessible during the regular season. Throughout the twenty-kilometre (12 mi) round-trip excursion, cross-country skiers will take in breathtaking views of the Old Capital, Charlevoix, Île d’Orléans and the Saint Lawrence River. Also on the program are refreshments of crêpes, beverages and music!
