BODIES THE EXHIBITION
BODIES THE EXHIBITION, created by German doctor and anatomist Gunther von Hagens, showcases over 200 real human specimens preserved through plastination, including numerous organs and over 20 whole bodies. The exposition, which presents a vision of the human body in a form rarely seen, has been critically and publicly acclaimed in over 35 European, Asian, and North American cities.
Visitors will gain an up-close look at skeletal, muscular, reproductive, respiratory and circulatory systems, as well as the rest of the human organism. A large number of the bodies are posed in different positions, thus allowing visitors to better understand the amazing composition of the human body.
BODIES THE EXHIBITION fascinates, overwhelms, inspires and sometimes creates negative reactions. Whether one agrees with this concept or not, it is impossible to ignore the interest that it creates.
This wonderful journey into the heart of the human body will be presented at the
Centre d'Expodition de Montréal, effective October 23.
