Do you enjoy skiing in all its forms? Come check out Québec’s exceptional snow conditions. With an average snowfall of three metres (10 ft.) from November to April, it’s pure bliss!
In Québec, a million people indulge in the joy of downhill skiing each winter on some 90 mountains located, for the most part, within an easy distance of Québec City and Montréal. In fact, the province has three major ski areas—the Laurentides, Québec City and its surroundings and the Eastern Townships—and its ski resorts have a combined 800 or so trails of all levels.
Many resorts, which offer excellent accommodations right at the foot of the slopes and packages that include meals, lessons and lift tickets, are located in holiday resorts known around the world. Among the most popular are the Mont-Tremblant and Mont-Saint-Sauveur resorts in the Laurentides, Mont Sainte Anne and Le Massif near Québec City (served by a shuttle)
and, last but certainly not least, the Orford, Bromont and Sutton resorts in the Eastern Townships.
In Québec, you’ll enjoy night skiing that’s unique in North America as well as a non stop festive atmosphere. Québec’s après-ski is a tradition and our nightlife is unbeatable!
