Located in the cultural centre, the Centre d'exposition de Val-d'Or features works from local and other artists as well as travelling exhibitions from different museums. Various visual arts disciplines are represented such as painting, sculpture, photography, installations and video, and exhibitions devoted to science, ethnology or history are also presented.
