Program designed to keep the public informed of the bacterial levels and water quality at Québec's public beaches. To be eligible, a beach must satisfy two conditions: it must be public (a public beach is any site used by the public for swimming); and it must be recognized as safe by the Régie du bâtiment du Québec.
