This dairy farm combines the exquisiteness of cheese with the aroma of apples. Located at the summit of Saint-Joseph-du-Lac mountain, the farm uses traditional methods to handcraft cheeses from the milk of its ewes. The centrepiece of the ewes' diet, the apples of the orchard provide the milk with a rich and unique taste.
