We invented the island's famous blackcurrant liqueur, and we produce aperitifs, port and other fine delights. You can taste, smell and learn about blackcurrants at our new ecomuseum with its interpretation centre, photos, vintage objects, and audiovisual presentation. For gourmands and the curious alike, we have a large selection of blackcurrant cocktails and tidbits to be savoured as you enjoy the magnificent view of the fields and the island's bridge from the terrace of our gourmet café.
