This medieval-themed vineyard opened in August 2008. Visitors can tour the cellars and vines, which are grown free of pesticides and chemical fertilizers. Bluebird colony. Tasting and meeting rooms available for events. Gallery space for artists. Specialties: bottle-fermented natural sparkling wines, sparkling rosés and medieval-style wines (sweet and spicy).
