One of the only fromageries fermières (farmstead cheese makers) using cow's milk in eastern Québec. Come and discover our fresh or aged cheddars, as well as La Perle du Littoral, a soft Camembert-like cheese, and the Rayon d'Or, a semi-soft probiotic cheese reminiscent of the Saint-Paulin, unique in Canada.
