This is one of the oldest family-run cheese dairies in Québec. View a five-minute video on how cheese is processed, and then watch in person how cheddar cheese is made. Every afternoon, hot cheese curds are served directly from the vat to visitors. There is also a cheese counter and restaurant on the premises.
