Go ahead! Pet the adorable goats that are the first to welcome you on site! You can also discover the 21 types of home-made cheeses for sale throughout the year in the shop. And if you like goats, take a guided tour of the interpretation centre, the Pavillon Ruban Bleu (blue ribbon pavilion), where you will learn about all of the stages in production. The tour lasts approximately 45 minutes.
