Imagine a structure made totally out of ice and snow with ceilings as high as 18 feet and walls covered with original artwork. The Ice Hotel Quebec-Canada has two art galleries, a nordic-style relaxation area with hot tubs and sauna, an Ice Lounge and the famous N'Ice Club. Covering a total surface of 3,000 square meters (30,000 square feet), the Ice Hotel is a tremendously unique and complex undertaking. In fact, 15,000 tons of snow and 500 tons of ice will be used during the five weeks it takes to build this feat of architecture.
