At Versant Rouge, apples and strawberries are picked and then transformed into jelly, butter, juice, sparkling beverages and jam. Take a guided tour of the facilities (processing shop, refrigerated warehouse, sample room and shop). In season, you can also pick your own strawberries and apples. Samples on site.
