| This historic site, located north of Baie-Saint-Paul on Route 138, offers a glimpse of a working flour mill built in the heart of Charlevoix in 1827. A granary was built behind the mill and the old farmhouse has been converted into a bakery. Here, bread is made using traditional methods. | |||||||||
