| This is the ideal spot for observing the Lachine rapids. A federal migratory bird sanctuary, this park is hugely important from an ecological standpoint (225 bird species, 66 fish species, amphibians, reptiles, mammals and rare plants). Home to the second-largest heron colony in Québec as well as diverse waterfowl, you can't beat this park for exploration and discovery.
