Station touristique Duchesnay

Location: Sainte-Catherine-de-la-Jacques-Cartier

The Duchesnay Touristique Station is an 89 km² wooded area bordering Lac St-Joseph in the municipality of Sainte-Catherine-de-la-Jacques-Cartier. Only 20 minutes from the Greater Québec City Area, it offers numerous opportunities for outdoor recreational activities.
In spring, summer, and fall, hiking enthusiasts can explore the 16 km network of trails with their many interesting observation points. As for cyclists, they'll discover a beautiful bike path. In fact, Duchesnay Touristique Station is a popular stopover for cyclists on the 63 km trail between Shannon and Rivière-à-Pierre.
In the winter, Duchesnay Touristique Station offers 125 kilometers of marked and groomed trails for the enjoyment of cross country ski enthusiasts. Novices and experts alike will find trails to match their abilities, along with 5 warming huts scattered along the trails. Skiers also enjoy access to a waxing room, ski shop, and first-aid services.
