| This mature urban forest is surrounded by Summit Circle. In 1940, the City of Westmount purchased this bird and wild flower sanctuary. The park, covering 23 hectares (57 acres), sits atop the mountain. The many small hills and marshy swales are covered in trees. In the spring, the park is bursting with wild flowers, and bird-watchers claim it to be one of the best lookouts in all of Eastern Canada. |
