Located at the La Côte à l'Étang-du-Nord recreation and tourism site, this interpretation centre offers an exhibition on techniques for raising shellfish like mussels, scallops, quahogs and two species being developed: oysters and sea urchins (echinoderms). Free guided tour. Sample these products prepared in various ways. Sea farming video. Small aquarium shows the different species in their habitat.
