Les bières de la Nouvelle-France - Économusée de la brasserie

This microbrewery produces five beers: the Claire Fontaine, the Blonde d'Epeautre, the Ambrée de Sarrasin, the Nouvelle-France Rouge and the La Messagère - a gluten-free brew created specifically for those who are gluten intolerant. The atmosphere and décor evoke the old-time taverns of New France, where the aroma of roasted meats and soups made with a dash of beer beckon visitors to sit and dine. You'll also find the Économusée de la bière, the only beer economuseum in the Mauricie region. Large windows allow you to watch the brewers ply their craft. Beer by-products are available in the shop.
