Location: La Doré

Watch as one of the last hydraulic sawmills still in operation performs the job it has been doing since 1889. Visit the ancestral home, small farm and log driving camp accompanied by Gonzague, Ti-Thur and Marie, who invite you to take part in the daily life of our first inhabitants. The menu at the Restaurant du Vieux Moulin features dishes based on products grown locally or in the wilderness. Tour length: about two hours.
