Whale Route

Regions:
Discover the 13 whale species that populate the St. Lawrence River thanks to the countless observation sites that make the region one of the five best spots in the world for observing marine mammals. Blue signs bearing pictograms of small belugas will guide you along the "Whale Route." This officially recognized route follows Highway 138 from the coast of Tadoussac up to Natashquan. From April to November, you can also see whales from roadside stops along the shore, from aboard ferries or while on special boating excursions. Route length: 914 km (568 mi.).
Visit the Web site for full details and a map of this route.
