Pierre Faucher built this sugar shack on the site of his forebears' sugar bush, in Beauce. The log cabin structure will put you in mind of the logging camps of long ago. The atmosphere is festive any time of the year. Succulent country meals. Entertainment provided by professional chansonniers and musicians.
