The Pavilion was built with the trees recuperated from the 1998 ice storm and is a dream come true for the Gallant family. The Pavilion is the ideal place for skiers and strollers to relax and enjoy our delicious maple products, and it’s perfect for banquets, weddings, parties and business meetings.
