| From the 1950's until the dawn of the new century, 185,000 workers spent time in the Québec taiga building the monumental La Grande Complex, one of the largest hydroelectric facilities in the world. To highlight their invaluable contribution, the Société des sites historiques de Radisson has reconstructed the G-68 exploration camp. A tent village lets you experience what daily life was like for the thousands of anonymous heroes who paved the way for the builders of our future. |
