The International Appalachian Trail - Québec (IAT-QC) covers 650 km (400 mi.) in Bas-Saint-Laurent and Gaspésie. The IAT-QC runs from Matapédia to Cap-Gaspé, passing through the Chic-Chocs, the most spectacular mountains on the East Coast! Ideal for excursions lasting anywhere from a couple of days to over 40, offering various levels of difficulty.
