This hiking trail, accessible on foot or by snowshoe, winds through mature forest and offers, less than 2 km (1.24 mi.) from the parking lot, a number of points of interest, including three panoramic sites, a magnificent hemlock forest, beaver ponds and an inhabited lake. Interpretation panels explaining the flora and fauna dot the trail.
