Sentier national au Bas-Saint-Laurent

This hiking trail stretches 144 km (90 mi.). From Trois-Pistoles to Dégelis, it crosses 10 municipalities and divides into 12 sections ranging from 8 to 15 km (5 to 9 mi.) in the Bas-Saint-Laurent. The trail follows the St. Lawrence River, Rivière des Trois-Pistoles and Sénescoupé, an agri-forest zone and the Monts Notre-Dame.
