The National Trail crosses the region east to west for over 170 km (106 mi.). Discover the northern Lanaudière in all its glory by exploring some of the nicest natural settings in the region. There are eight trail segments: the Inter-Centre, the Mont-Ouareau, the Massif, the Contreforts, the Rivière Swaggin, the Matawinie and the Nymphes.
