February 01, 2014 - February 28, 2014 (Dates to be confirmed) This colourful family event, held in Saint-Placide, is one of the largest winter kite festivals in North America. Most of the activities take place outdoors. Each year, more than 22,000 visitors participate in a varied program revolving around kites and numerous other activities.
