May 10, 2012 - May 13, 2012 This festival features three components: competitions, concerts and prizes. The competitions are open to students between the ages of 5 and 25 years, with the exception of the classical singing event (16 to 30 years). The festival closes in style with a grand finale and awards ceremony with the honorary chairman attending.
