February 08, 2013 - February 10, 2013 In a magical setting of ice sculptures, come meet 50 or so cider and agri-food producers, and taste their products. Tasting, ice-sculpting, fireworks and activities for all are also planned. Bundle up in warm clothing, and come and discover a product that does honour to Québec know-how throughout the world.
