Tom Wesselman : Beyond Pop Art

Of all the major American artists initially associated with the famed Pop art movement, Tom Wesselmann (1931-2004) is the only one of his generation whose work has not yet been the subject of a North American retrospective. This exhibition will examine the development of his bold and colorful art through some 120 emblematic paintings, drawings and cut-outs.
