The emu is the second largest non-flying bird in the world, after the ostrich. It has adapted very well to Québec and is now settled in the Charlevoix region. Visit the largest farm in Québec that specializes in the emu. It has over 400 emus, from chicks to breeding stock, as well as a rhea.
