High as a kite?

Back from the Îles-de-la-Madeleine, where he was bitten by the kite bug, your writer got one for himself. In Montréal, far from the strong and steady winds of the Gulf of St. Lawrence, kite enthusiasts can set their kites skywards at Parc Jean-Drapeau or across the river at Parc Marie-Victorin in Saint-Lambert.
