Not-for-profit volunteer umbrella organization for hang-gliding and paragliding enthusiasts, clubs and schools in Québec. Its mandate is to promote safety and ensure self-regulation of the sport. It is recognized by the Hang Gliding and Paragliding Association of Canada, a member of the Aero Club of Canada, which is part of the Fédération Aéronautique Internationale (World Air Sports Federation).
