La Forge Bar and Grill offers up two distinctive products on two different floors. On the ground floor, Bistro de la Forge is a place to meet friends and enjoy seasonal menus specializing in fresh salads, soup in bread bowls, pasta, sandwiches and succulent steaks. Live music and entertainment in the high season complete the experience. On the second floor, La Forge restaurant offers a delicious selection of dishes grilled over a maple wood fire. Recipient of the Carte d'or Award for best wine list in the Laurentians and the Wine Spectator's Best of Award of Excellence.
