Winner of the 2011 Table d'Or Régionale, Le Cheval de Jade serves up vegetarian dishes, fish, seafood and Mediterranean bouillabaisse. A "Master Canardier," Chef Olivier Tali's specialties are duck foie gras and duckling à la Rouennaise, a traditional recipe prepared right before you. The restaurant's à la carte, fixed-price, discovery or gastronomic menus change with the seasons and the availability of regional and organic products. Excellent wine list; prompt and attentive service.
