Just 20 minutes from Old Québec City, this restaurant is located in an old flour mill dating back to 1720. Our chef, Benoît Huot, serves fine regional cuisine and changes the menu regularly to make the most of the fresh products of Île d'Orléans. In summer, enjoy lunch or dinner served on an outdoor patio with a view of the waterfall. Musicians entertain each Sunday evening. The restaurant can accommodate 200 people. Private room and mezzanine are available for groups. Open May through October.
