Le Massif - Charlevoix

Sliding fun at its peak!

Starting December 3, 2011, visitors to Le Massif de Charlevoix are in for one exceptional ride down the longest vertical drop in Eastern Canada, all while enjoying a breathtaking view of the river, expansion of the off-piste sector and a new beginners' area equipped with a carpet lift for novices. Thanks to more than six metres (20 ft.) of natural snowfall, Le Massif de Charlevoix remains one of the top Canadian destinations for powder. And in the spirit of always going the extra mile for its visitors, Le Massif de Charlevoix will offer two new experiences this winter: a 7.5-km (4.6-mi.) sled run on natural snow, and a rail cruise to the mountain. This is on top of the off-piste sector that now covers 99 acres, and the chance, since last year, to take up skiing or snowboarding in a beginners' area specifically designed to foster learning.
