Québec winters are milder than they used to be! Years ago, they inspired this humorous limerick by Rudyard Kipling: There was a small boy of Quebec who was buried in snow to the neck. When they asked: – “Are you frizz?” He replied: – “Yes I is, But we don’t call this cold in Quebec.”
