This century-old building, fully restored in 1993, has four performance halls, the Salle Ludger-Duvernay (804 seats), Le Studio Hydro-Québec (150 seats), La Balustrade (55 seats), le Café Quebecor (150 places) as well as many spaces that can be rented for artistic or business activities. On the program: dance, music, theatre and comedy.
