The Absintherie des Cantons is a family-owned business located in Granby in the Eastern Townships. Our products are distilled slowly with care and in small quantities. We use plants that are grown and handpicked in the Eastern Townships. Come taste our two absinthes (Joual vert and Fleur Bleue), two gins (Wendigo and Panoramix) and Aquavit Belle-Isle.
