Tour Jean-Lesage generating station (Manic-2), located near Baie-Comeau. You’ll see a 420-tonne rotor spinning at 240 km/hr and one of the world’s largest hollow-joint gravity dams. See an exhibition about 735-kV transmission lines, the technology that revolutionized electricity transmission around the world. Tours in English are available for groups of 10 or more. Reservations required. Visitors aged 18 years and over must present official photo ID.
